  • Simple and all you need! Our single queen rooms offer one queen bed. Amenities include mini fridge, coffee maker, & TV with streaming apps Included.

  • Our double double rooms feature more space and have two double beds. Amenities include mini fridge, coffee maker, & TV with streaming apps Included.

    Sleeps 4 guests.

  • Our double queen rooms feature more space and have two queen beds. Amenities include mini fridge, coffee maker, & TV with streaming apps Included.

    Sleeps 4 guests.

  • We have two double double rooms with kitchenettes (mini fridge, microwave, sink, & stove).

    There is also a king suite (king bed and queen size pull out sofa) with a kitchenette.

Cancellation policy

 

To guarantee a full refund, please let us know about your cancellation two days before your stay.

We know things happen and we will do our best to be flexible.

If you no-show to your existing reservation without calling, you will be charged for one night of your stay.

 

Check in & check out

 

Check in is anytime after 2 pm CST.

Arriving after office hours? The front desk will call you on your day of check in if you haven’t arrived by closing time.

They’ll let you know how to find your room and your key and will send you a receipt for your booking!

Check out is no later than 10am CST.

We love a good sleep in too, but to make sure rooms are ready for the next guests, check out time is 10 am. Need a late check out? Ask the front desk if we can accommodate your late check out needs.

 

No smoking.

 

Please, NO SMOKING in any of our rooms. Chairs and ashtrays can be found outside of your room on the covered deck. Please respect our rooms and do not smoke inside the property and dispose of cigarettes in proper containers. If our cleaners find evidence of smoking, you will be charged $250.

FAQs

Can you park your boat?

Yes! We have parking and hook ups for your boats. No need to let us know if you’re bringing a boat trailer. The cost of parking and hook ups is included in your nightly rate.

What If i need a late check in?

Checking in after hours? Please call the front desk to let them know of your late arrival. They’ll give you instructions and send you a receipt for your room.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

We do have pet friendly rooms. Please ask our front desk and let them know if you’re traveling with pets. There is an additional $30/pet/stay fee. We do not allow more than 2 pets/room.

do you offer daily room services?

While our cleaners won’t enter your room during your stay, you’re welcome to leave bagged trash outside of your door. If you need replacements on towels or linens, just leave them bagged outside your door and our cleaners will replace them with fresh linens and towels for you.

If your stay is longer, you’re welcome to request a complimentary sheet change/room cleaning every 6 days.

what are your amenities?

All rooms come equipped with high speed internet, mini fridges, coffee makers and coffee supplies. The t.v. in your room will have access to Netflix. We no longer have cable tv.

There is a microwave in the vending room with the emergency phone should you need one. We’re currently working on our vending room and hope to have a new functioning ice machine and snack machine soon! Coming summer of 2024.
